Merry Christmas!

Hi! Kevin and I went to Lexington with The Sproul Family for Christmas! I will post more pictures later. The picture to the right is from Kevin's company's Christmas Party! I thought it is a really good picture of us. We won a breadmaker (YUM) and we were able to stay at the Marriot downtown which was fun. This year Kevin played Santa in our Ward Christmas Party and he had a REALLY fun time with that.

Christmas with the Sprouls was SO fun! I really felt like a Sproul too! Which I am of coarse! But it was really fun experiencing a whole new Christmas this year with new family. On Christmas Eve they do a whole program with words and songs of the nativity and it was SO special! I'm taking that one to San Diego with me next time I have Christmas down there. I loved it! Another cool thing that I love about Sproul Christmas is actually what I learned a few weeks before while helping my mom in law decorate the Christmas tree. Almost every ornament has a special memory or meaning to it. LOVE THAT! It was so special. I mean that literal too, not the way Kevin always means that word. It is really special and touches my heart and all!

A crazy but pretty fun week. My family came into town last Friday night. It started out a little rocky, a lot rocky, but having my family around was SO awesome! I am going to miss them so much. They have done so much for Kevin and I this last week. Both sides. I have the best in laws ever! I am so thankful on this Thanksgiving Day to have such a great family and friends who bless my life more and more each day.

This Thanksgiving I hosted the big dinner. It was actually perfect. Besides the fact I ALWAYS miss my Aunt Claudia and Uncle David SO much during this time of year. I hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving in San Diego. I love them and their whole wonderful family. It was really awesome seeing my nieces Bentley and Paisley. They are growning up so fast and getting cuter every day.

Start of the Sprouls

I was waiting to start a blog until kids were on the way, but I decided to go ahead and start a blog anyway. We are Kevin and Cindy Sproul. We met here in Louisville, KY in Louisville 1st ward at church. Kevin is mostly from Lexington, KY and I (Cindy) am from El Cajon, CA (San Diego). What attracted me to Kevin is how funny he was and his outgoing personality. It is easy to feel comfortable around him. We started dating around December 1, 2007. A year later we were married in the San Diego Temple in La Jolla, CA. It was literally the best day of my life. December 27th, 2008. We are almost at our anniversary! I am very blessed to have such a wonderful husband.

Right now we are still in Louisville, KY. Kevin is a staff accountant at an Engineering Firm and I work at Jason's Deli taking orders or doing the register. We are both enjoying our life and our jobs. Life can only get better, even if tragedies hit us on the way. Maybe I will talk about that in a later blog.
